RecommendedThey were very organized, helpful, knowledgeable and available for whenever we needed them. Loved the atmosphere. Their fees to book our vacation was super cheap. We saved more with their perks/discounts in which paid the small fee by far! Will always use them for our trips.

Ben Fitzwater has helped me on multiple traveling occasions and I’ve always received the best service! I recommend him to all of my family and friends. He’s very professional, gets me multiple options in different price ranges to choose from and also follows up with me! Great job National Travel, you have obviously set your standards high when hiring employees and Ben certainly doesn’t disappoint!
NT folks have great customer service skills even when I know they must be tired. If they are busy they will let you know so they can call you back.
I cannot scream Benjamin Fitzwater's praises enough. He provides stellar service to me and my agency. All I have to do is make a request and even if he cannot provide my ask, I am still always satisfied with his results. He is INDEED a KEEPER!!!
Very disappointed to say the least. This is the first and sadly the last time we will be using them. Our seats were not even booked together. We booked with another couple and they had us at different resorts. Tara was nice, but the only that was. She did send water, drinks, fruit and cheese to the room.
Our agent was terrible!!! We provided her our TSA pre check info and she said she would add that to our booking. Got to the airport this morning and the pre check was not added as we were told. Our seats are not together and when we book ourselves we never have this problem. Do yourself a favor and just book thru Expedia or any of the online services.
