Going here anytime I need something done with my car from now on. Glenn was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on my cars status, was quoted lower than any other shop in the area, and it was done in less than 24 hours Car runs perfectly . Don’t even bother with other places.

Walked in to the 45th Street location at 10:15am. No one was here, even yelled into the bays. Waited 28 minutes for someone to finally walk in. Stated I had been here over 20 minutes waiting and I needed an oil change. Said well we can't help you today. Then proceeded to argue with me about the length of time I was actually here when another lady walked out for waiting over 15 minutes! Said that he had been gone a max 10 minutes. Orlando and his team went far above and beyond to make sure my wife's car repairs were completed on time, and in very economically efficient manner. Thank you Orlando and National Transmissions.
The new west palm beach location is easily accessible but either under staffed or just lousy at communicating. Both times I came they started working on the car right away, then quit to work on another. Not sure why because no one took the time to communicate the reasons. (Mind you I'm in the lobby waiting the entire time.) I wish someone had let me know. I actually had plans for my ONLY day off & they didn't include hanging out in the auto lobby watching reruns of national news.
Everyone is friendly, professional, and they they took time explaining what was recommended for my 2003 Ford Explorer Sport. :-)
