Genuinely good design and service advice from sales staff who know their stock, and look after their displays in a surprisingly stylish showroom. I thought after trawling the trendy tile stores in Richmond, I’d be entering a style wasteland in Bendigo, but I was so wrong. National Tiles need a brand tweak to match their premium proposition.

Visited the Bendigo store on the recommendation of our builder to select tiles for a commercial fit out. Arrived early in the morning, store was empty and the sales lady was leaning up against the office wall at the rear of the store talking to someone else. Looked around and ignored me a couple of times which was fine, as I wanted to browse prior to ordering, however after I selected a couple of floor and wall tile samples, I stood there and waited, then waited a little more.
