An outdated site that is extremely unclear about expectations. It is absolutely ridiculous that my local fire departments require this service for testing. Absolute money grab for people who are seeking employment and whom do not have the funds to throw around for this scam! Somebody needs to create a competitor in this space so that they do not have a monopoly!
I was scheduled to take a test today at 2 pm. I was online by 1 pm and my computer passed all of the requirements. I was waiting in a room that stated the proctor was with another candidate and will be with me shortly. At exactly 2 pm I got booted out and told I was a no call no show. I was there early! I took the day off work to take this test. When I called they admitted that I logged in early and did everything right and they don't know what happened. This agency is a joke. The fact that this is the system fire departments are choosing to use is horrible. The system in place is un-usable. I was happy to do the virtual given that Covid is a real concern for my family. I got a computer that has Windows 10. I set up in a room that is being re-done and has nothing in it. I took a day off of work and logged in on time. I was able to get through to a proctor who then told me that my computer had a program running in the background.
