Like I walked into an alternate universe – From the moment I walked into the store I got I had a wierd vibe. Was I in an actual place of buisness or was I in the basement waiting to meet the gimp. The customer service was horrible the prices were not bad as marked but beware of unmarked items as they will triple the normal price it should be and charge your credit card without telling you. rarest guns most knowledge honest, comfortible – well we poped into this store for the first time refered by citylife add, for guns starting at 155, well they actually had them and information on all we asked about ,my wife mentioned she even felt comfotible about the answers we got to our questions and not being looked down on. we ended up learning alot and buiying 2 guns and also taking a class ,when you buy a gun and they teach you how to use clean and shoot the gun, At no charge to me that marked a level of service that ... read more

Very Dirty Shop – I've never seen a dirty shop like that. I think they've never cleaned since they moved in. The guns and knives there will be easy to rust.
mystery prices – I stopped in to pick up some speed loaders and a spare "MAGAZINE". I originally asked for a clip and apparently got the treatment because I didn't know the difference between the two. The speed loaders were a good deal at 7 bucks a piece. The "MAGAZINE" didn't have a price and I should have asked! I was charged $35 for a bersa .380 clip. It most have been the most expensive clip in the whole place. Go to Discount – The owner is knowledeable. I used to buy all my guns there until I couldnt take it anymore. The condescending temperament got old. They do have some good deals. Dont ever ask to have them handle a shipment for you as it is the toughest shop for that in town. Last time i was there they had just opened a range. The crazy rules made it easily justified to go shoot at American Shooters around the corner. I now prefer discount firearms and they have the best range in town.
Great customer service – This store with the agents that work there are the most knowledgeable in any field pertaining to arms, safety and supplies ever needed. Just ask a question and the any one of the personal will give you an honest and correct answer or solution. That is why I shop there any time I can !!!!!! GO find out for your self YOU won`t be disappointed at all thx Patrick
