I used to work for this company, the way the do this work is completely illegal. They have officially laid off ALL of their employees besides the office assistants because they need them to finish the cases they have already sold. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND YOU CAN ENROLL INTO THESE PROGRAMS FOR FREE AT student loans.gov
Definitely scam artists and everyone you talk to a supervisor. It was told them from the beginning I was in school and they continued to collect payments from me just to find out I cant make the payments that were setup or be put on a repayment program because I'm in school. Waste of money. There are recorded phone calls to prove my point "Mr.OWNER" YOUR PROBABLY ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS I TALK TO.
