I had a terrible experience with this clinic in Shirlington. The check-in and first visit was quick on a Friday. I was expecting to get an epidural injection for the severe pain due to a degenerative disc disease. The doctor said it couldn't be done on the first visit because they had to get prior approval from my insurance. I offered to just pay out of pocket, and she said NO. Visit lasted 15 minutes.
