Been a patient here for a long time! The receptionist in the front (Jami) is absolutely amazing. In my opinion, she runs that Office. It was upsetting to hear that she hadn’t gotten the management position. When the office had no manager she was running it amazingly. I had no complaints. She has been there so long! She’s one of my favorite people always helps me with no issues. UPDATE: There is no way to speak to someone about this on the phone and they did NOT respond to my email. More scam! I see that I am not the only person who had the same problem with this place. I saw Dr. Mary Babcock during 2015 and 2016. She, too, prescribed a procedure that was not covered by insurance. Furthermore, she said that it would provide relief (it did not!). I communicated multiple times with the office: I still have my notes, and neither Dr. Babcock nor National Spine and Pain Centers ever responded. It is time... read more
Absolutely the best place to go .I thank Dr Gordon so much more than words can ever say you are a god sent from heaven it is worth the 2 hours drive to see you.
