I have been in pain management for over 20 years and had multiple doctors from moving around. A lot of horrible experiences and years of misery, but have been very pleased since starting here about 2 years ago. I no longer sit for hours and get treated like a addict like I was at other offices. I'm in and out quick, doctors ask how I'm doing and for updates with other doctors and issues while listening to what I ask or have to say.
I went here today for my appointment and there was a miscommunication. The scheduling service scheduled me for 8:00. I wait 2 weeks text message then says show up at 9. So I do cuz it's weird that my appointment time was different. So I'm met with attitude first thing the woman at the front desk when I states my name says "You know what time it is" I said "I do I apologize" She lays into me about the time and me showing up and states "We can't see you then" I said "okay sure no problem" I tried to explain "the scheduling off... read more
My experience at this medical office is 100% the best from the doctors and nurses and all of the office staff. Everyone is very courteous and polite. Patients are always greeted with a smile. It’s nice knowing that patients can go to such a place and get excellent care and treatment
I am so glad I found this place, I was on the endless journey to find someone who understood my problems. Dr Liz treated me with respect, she always makes sure I understand how we are going to approach relief for me. Thank you everyone there is so nice.
The worst billing do not go here they will run a bill up and then discharge you they have to be the worst office around
