Dr Ward was the best pain management doctor I've seen..He listens to your problems and treats accordingly...By far the best injections I have received..he never hit a nerve..I recommend highly for your pain management needs.
Dr Wards bedside manner has always been very personable, professional, knowledgeable & caring. The other star is Samantha. Her personality and professionalism is exactly what's needed when a person suffers from EXTREME pain. I don't call their office every week, however, Samantha knows it's me. It shows me she listens. The few times, I've spoken to her via phone, if she told me, she'd call me back. She has. Kudos to them both. Thank you, both.
Dr Ward is very arrogant he will talk about how great he is because he is from Spain so he is better then anyone who isn't from Spain. Dr ward will tell you he is from the Baltimore area too so who knows. I thought I was there about my dr appointment he mainly discussed himself & said he sees patients who are bad off, then tells me he has no medical records on me. A waste of Medicare s money
