I was very impressed with Dr. Protopapas. She was well versed with my records before she entered the consultation. Her interpretation of my MRI images was thorough and amazing. She saw details about which I hadn't been informed until my session with her. Her positive and upbeat personality was very encouraging. Although my procedure was yesterday, I am beginning to feel some improvement with regard to the pain level in my lower back. I know that I am in good hands with Dr. P. Ieman and Dr. Protopapas did a fantastic job. I was very worried, but they both made me feel like I was in excellent hands. They are The best,responsive, very caring and kind. Afterwards, Dr. P came to check on me and bring me water. ImanMade sure I was stable. They are wonderful! Highly recommend. Thanks so much for your help.
The whole team is professional and courteous. They understand the pain their patients have and treat them accordingly.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Fair Oaks location. The ladies at the front desk are always kind, patient, and make sure you have everything you need before you leave. Dr. P is fantastic at what she does—she takes the time to explain your pain and walk you through the details of any procedure, which makes the whole process far less intimidating. Most of the reviews you may read here are true. This is a large company. Because of that, they have their own "policies". I dislike "policies", a lot. Policy #1. You have to see a NP twice, one prelim exam and again after imaging before getting any injections or treatment. #2. You cannot bring in imaging disks prior to your appointment, wasted drive...wasted time and pain from the drive. So I sat and waited 15 minutes for the NP to read the disk, instead of him viewing/preparing ahead of time. From what I have read from the ... read more
