I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Fair Oaks location. The ladies at the front desk are always kind, patient, and make sure you have everything you need before you leave. Dr. P is fantastic at what she does—she takes the time to explain your pain and walk you through the details of any procedure, which makes the whole process far less intimidating. Most of the reviews you may read here are true. This is a large company. Because of that, they have their own "policies". I dislike "policies", a lot. Policy #1. You have to see a NP twice, one prelim exam and again after imaging before getting any injections or treatment. #2. You cannot bring in imaging disks prior to your appointment, wasted drive...wasted time and pain from the drive. So I sat and waited 15 minutes for the NP to read the disk, instead of him viewing/preparing ahead of time. From what I have read from the ... read more

The new office staff is dismissive, rude, and not able to politely assist customers when they make an error. They refuse to provide me contact information for a supervisor, so until that is remedied this is the only course of action I have to reflect the poor customer service. ——— Dr. P is the absolute best! I have had nearly two decades of pain that other doctors have dismissed.
