I was referred to Dr. Shanbhag after having cancer resection and nerve resection and reconstruction. My husband went to see this doctor for back pain. All he was doing was prescribing tests. On our last and final visit we asked about the MRI results? We received a vague answer. I asked him about a procedure he told me to check the website. He also told me if you are not going to do the procedure there’s no need for him to discuss it. Please don’t waste your time at this place.
My first visit to the office. From the moment I made the appointment by phone, I was treated with great courtesy. The reception staff were very kind. Dr. Shanbhag took his time to listen to me and explain the options.
I am delighted with the care i receive here. Dr actually listens to me. Office staff is exceptional, PA & MA's are very attentive. Office is clean and wait time is most times about 5-10 minutes. Today is 07/29. Dr started me on a new rx for 1 week. I appreciate his taking his time while introducing me to new rx's. But tonight was my first night on the new meds. It took a couple of hours but i have so much better relief. Thank you GOD for this good man.
I believe noone ventures to seek medical treatment for a specific ailment, only to discover an unknown issue.
