The staff is great, always upbeat. The doctor talks with you not at you and listens
Everyone were kind and treated me as a human not a number. Treatment was painless and lasted longer as was predicted. Highly recommend .
Dr. Krepp and the staff in Martinsburg genuinely care about helping patients with their pain. I will continue going to their in the future with all my pain medicine needs.
After a Nuerostimulator implant, went to them about suspected infection before my 2nd follow up. Was told to "put neosporine on it, it will be fine" Was hospitalized for over a week, caused heart attacks, and 48 days of infusion antibiotics. Unfortunately that didn't work, and they have been avoiding me and my infectious disease doc. Can't even get an appointment after all this except 2 months out.
