This is my second procedure at National Spine & Ortho surgery center of Fort Myers. The surgical staff make you feel comfortable, very friendly and are amazing in their care . The new Administrator is very involved ,visible and very personable a major upgrade from the original person. The new front office woman is so nice and efficient when you arrive and answer’s your questions clearly . Dr Mahaney is as wonderful as EVER!! I’ve been his patient for over a decade now & can’t say enough about him & his PA Jeanie. This was my 4th time & the surgery center & the Pre-op Nurses Lisa & Jess remembered me & treated me with so much kindness as well as the wonderful Anesthesiologist there!!
Dr. Replogle saw me in his office one time and then pawned me off to some nurse or PA who was absolutely not qualified to treat me medically. The American Medical Association calls this behavior by today's physicians "Scope creep" and they are trying diligently to put a stop to it. It is when more and more responsibilities are given to nurses or assistants and it is dangerous to the patient. The surgical staff make you feel comfortable, very friendly and are amazing in their care .
