At the outset David was very pleasant to talk to and extremely welcoming and helpful in selecting which tint was right for my wants/needs. Job was done relatively quickly and looked great. The next day, I noticed a small air bubble towards the bottom of my window. Took my vehicle back to David and showed him the small bubble in hopes it was an easy fix....unfortunately not.
