After having a prior EEO complaint with the Federal GOVERNMENT, I WAS FIRED !!! I MADE the Mistake of using this Law Firm ! After the Agency Sabotaged my Respirator during a Routine Fit Test, only as a means to from doing my job for a year and a half.I was wrote up for the Slightest Infraction's imaginable until I was Fired With 24 Years of Service to this Country. I am very thankful to Mr. Nerney at the Edmunds Law Firm. After my agency proposed an Indefinite Suspension without pay for a complicated security clearance matter. Mr. Nerney was able to successfully argue my mitigating circumstances, which resulted in a favorable decision that allowed me to continue to get paid! On Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 10:07 am (HST) I received a phone call from Mr. Ryan Nerney from the Edmunds Law Firm.
