He took advantage of me. I am poor and on welfare. He took everything I had in savings and never had a hearing. Refused to show me his billing. And threatened me with coming after me legally if I spoke up.

This person signed a written retainer agreement. She signed a Notice of Representation which was sent to the Federal Government. A request for Hearing was sent to the Federal Government. For months the Federal Government has delayed/cancelled hearings due to the COVID - this was known to this person. The Firm represented this person for over 4 months. Let me first say that anyone who has gone their clearance possibly being revoked will know how painful it can be. Just the thought of losing your livelihood, there are not many words to describe that feeling. I am already a worry wart, so having to deal with this made my worry and anxiety 100x worse.
