The rep was great and very informative!
Had a wheelchair broken by the airlines and sent me here to get a replacement. They were great to work with they got the new wheelchair to me super fast in just a couple weeks. This being a completely custom wheelchair that is amazing. Also when it came in they stayed late for me to get there after work. Everyone there was great but huge thanks to Felicia and Michael.
I got my power chair from NSM four years ago and I got my manual chair three years ago. I quit using the power chair when I got the manual hoping it would have less problems but I’ve basically become a wheelchair mechanic due to NSM’s lack of caring. Made both of my chairs too tall for me (I’m 6’3), and my manual is constantly having new problems. I get a new chair next year and I will never go through this awful company again; all they care about is getting your money, not how your life in the chair will be.
I was told I should save a chair sometime in April, but was confusion from my rep that I never got a call back from. I had to do all the calling and thanks to the help Bo and Michael. I will receive a chair on Wednesday. I am unhappy with the timeline and the way you handled. I feel like I receive no respect from national seating immobility That is my honest opinion
National Seating and Mobility is TOP NOTCH with professionalism, ethical practices, outstanding empathy for their clients. Felicia went above and beyond from start to finish when my mom was awaiting to receive her equipment. I will definitely recommend family and friends to go here for any of their mobility needs.
