I had an absolute overwhelming experience with this company. They worked amazingly fast and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I was treated like an equal and not like a burden because of my disability. Austin was so sweet, compassionate, informative, and supportive. He answered my questions and helped me without making me feel little or uneducated.

0 out of 10, do not recommend! DEI runs it, and one of their regional people told me that they don't care about repairs, they want the contracts for new expensive DMEs, because they gets thousands per new order.
Poor customer servive. They say they are waiting for paperwork from Fr. Dr says they have sent all requested docs. Everytime I call I grt the same excuse. Poor followup from this company. This CONTINUEED delay is going to cost me alot of money because this delay will put it into next year so I have to pay the deductable that I cant afford.
