Management and staff are phenomenal. I have worked with them for years and always put my utmost trust in them to care for my wheelchair. Everyone is very nice, quick to serve and answer all of my questions. The only delays I can recall in all of the years was during COVID when the supply chain was backed up, to no fault of their own.
The service received by NSM is top tier as a parent with a medically complex child everything is made more complicated but Marshall was so helpful we are so thankful to Brain he answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my son got everything he needed
My son and I had a great experience working with the team at NSM. They kept me updated with the whole process of my son’s wheelchair. It didn’t take terribly long to get ahold of anyone. If I had any questions or concerns, I was assisted. Overall, we had a great experience, and my son loved his wheelchair. Would definitely recommend.
