Do not use this place. They will sell you the item and then refuse to answer emails or calls when you need something fixed. My mom is permanently in a wheelchair and the chair has multiple issues. She has called and emailed the manager Brian multiple times to just be ignored. I have also called and came in the store. Recently the chair had an issue while we were driving on the sidewalk and it surged making her drive off the side walk and tip over on the street. Management and staff are phenomenal. I have worked with them for years and always put my utmost trust in them to care for my wheelchair. Everyone is very nice, quick to serve and answer all of my questions. The only delays I can recall in all of the years was during COVID when the supply chain was backed up, to no fault of their own.
The service received by NSM is top tier as a parent with a medically complex child everything is made more complicated but Marshall was so helpful we are so thankful to Brain he answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my son got everything he needed
