I had a great experience with Brian. He was kind and thorough and seems like he loves his job and cares about everyone who comes in. My wheelchair is great. He adjusted it perfectly and I’m very happy!
We have been using this company for our daughter’s DME needs for 11 years. Brian and staff provide great service. They are always helpful and show our daughter compassion and respect. We have never had any issues. They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to equipment. Which helps us make the right choices for our daughter.
Do not use this place. They will sell you the item and then refuse to answer emails or calls when you need something fixed. My mom is permanently in a wheelchair and the chair has multiple issues. She has called and emailed the manager Brian multiple times to just be ignored. I have also called and came in the store. Recently the chair had an issue while we were driving on the sidewalk and it surged making her drive off the side walk and tip over on the street.
