The owner was very professional and took ownership of the problem, and knowing I was very anxious to get the PC back, he expedited the services offered. I had my PC back the next day, and saw at his shop that it was running well. When I got home, I was still having problems, so we arranged a house call the first thing the next morning and he came by and fixed additional network problems. His rates are very reasonable and you know he isn't sticking you. Very courteous and a pleasure to recommend.
Great Service and Price My Dell Inspiron 9400 got a virus, and was in big trouble, running slow and shutting down. Took it in and they got me back in business fast! Very pleased with their service, and they are really nice people to boot!
THE BEST – These guys are also an Apple Repair company, and an honest one at that. I brought my computer in and it was full of dust on the inside. Quite bad. It also wouldn't turn on and had blinking lights. I know some about computers, and I thought maybe a power supply, or something worse. It turned out to be just a bad ram card. They vacuumed my machine, and got it working again. And they only charged me the initial fee that they take to look at any machine plus fhe part cost. Happy Customer – I brought my TV to them because of some reviews I read about them. I was amazed that they were able to fix it because everything I read on the web said it couldn't be fixed.
Great Service – Great service. They came to my mom's house, disconnected the unit, fixed it in their shop, hooked it back up for her and did a test to make sure it all worked properly. My mom had nothing but praise for them . . . and that says a lot!
Marion County's Best Repair Center – Never thought I would have to use a computer repair service, but I was desperate. My desktop had a virus that I couldn't fix so I called National Repair. I chose them because they are the only mobile computer repair service in Dunnellon and I didn't want to haul my computer to the local repair shop. They were at my house in 3 hours and, 2 hours to remedy the virus, my laptop is good as new. Very knowledgeable and professional.
