Our HOA switched to them this year and they are by far the worst one weve had in the 15 years Ive lived here. They treat owners of half million dollar homes like were renting from the **** the only people they answer to (to keep their contract). When trying to get them to clarify confusing new regulations, they become defensive and combative, throwing out that their Counsel advised them.

The worst management ever! ******************************* and **** never answer the phone, the email will be answered in 3-4 days at best. Lazy, procrastinating, unprofessional, incompetent,totaly unexperienced in their job. And total mess in the documentation. This Briarwood Condo does not have the proper insurance to cover the buildings damage which is prohibited by law. But they are sitting on their chairs and continue to do nothing.So beware!

NPR is by far the most unorganized, slow and unresponsive management company I’ve dealt with. There is an absolute delay in the way they handle any immediate requests, concerns etc. There seems to be a lack of communication, information within the team. I had an unauthorized vehicle park on my driveway without any permission knowledge. I really want to commend National Realty Partners (NRP) in general and Kristen I****** in particular for the way they care for their communities. Kristen is a fantastic leader! One night, a contractor of mine accidentally triggered the sprinkler system in my condo, flooding my unit and the ones below me. The worst management company that I've ever had to deal with. Their philosophy is to do as little as possible and drag out time sensitive issues as long as possible. I've moved into the community last Summer and within the short time I've have multiple issues, water leak, violation notices, unjustifiable car towing. It took 6 months to get them to reimburse my tow bill after I pulled all the facts in multiple board meetings to prove they had no legal ground to tow my cars. I've lived in many communities that all had different management companies. Two of the companies were the biggest in the business and the worst in customer service. Our units lost value over the years. Our new home is managed by National Realty Partners and they're incredible! I watch the meetings which are always professional yet enjoyable. NRP sent me a notice that I needed to clean algae and mildew stains off my gutters. I paid $815 to have my entire house power washed. A few weeks later I received a second violation notice. The power washing company agreed to try again with stronger cleaning agents. I relayed this information to NRP and they replied that I should send photos of the violation correction. I took pictures after the second power washing, sent them to NRP and asked if the results were satisfactory. I received no reply but received a third violati... read more
