Worst experience ever !!!! Do not bother calling these people. I talked with someone by the name of Patricia Langley (or similar to that). She had an awful attitude, talked to me like I was interrupting something much more important. My husband called another realtor and we were given the red carpet treatment. Do NOT waste your time calling this place. Wish I could rate a zero.
If I could add additional stars, I would. This is the second opportunity I've had to purchase a home. Both times, I had no choice but to utilize the same realtor. Each time, they make the process easier because they listen to what I was looking for. This is an outstanding group of people.
They were pleasant to work with. DAVID POWLESS was the one with whom I had contact. We did finally close a deal, but he stuck with me through another deal that fell through and also through a *long and difficult* closing process. I recommend DAVID POWLESS.
My house was scheduled to be shown yesterday morning at 10 am. I left for work at 8am . I did not return home until 9pm. Upon driving up to my house I noticed that the coach lights were on and had obviously been left on by the realtor showing my home . I drive into my garage to find the door leading into my home had been left wide open with kitchen light on . The doorwall leading out to my deck, pool and backyard was left wide open as well . They work with buyers who don't have money and can't close on time. Agents are pushy and unprofessional. Buyers walk away from closing and neither an agent or broker willing to transfer EMD to a seller who wasted time and effort. I have yet to file a complain with a State of Michigan against their agent. Sellers beware of buyers agents who work for this company.
