Rent a house that I had to tape shut 9 of the windows because they doe not close properly. Moved in day hot water heater dead. Has mold issues in AC return and it took them 3 week to even have it looked at. We were sick the whole time. It is still dripping water. Termite damage to door frame in 2nd bathroom. They charge you for every service call for maintenance you request.Would not recommend to company to anyone.
Take care of the rentals. It took 2 weeks for them to fix my toilet. Now my air-conditioning has gone out. They sent out 2 different providers. The latest one said my breaker is bad. This should not be my problem. It is 90 degrees. We are sick with the heat.
This is the best Real Estate company in the US, a company that helps its clients to make their dreams come true. I am happy in this way
Company sucks. They don't fix anything or if they do its horrible. They will not even fix our air. As long as you pay your rent on time and ask for
These people are the WORST. Can't wait to get out of here. Windows are nailed shut, I am asthmatic an as recently as this hurricane lights went out no ventilation in the house. Can't open a window (nailed shut). Tell me how that's legal? Have been hearing scratching in the ceiling of the house they come out and say it's on the roof because there is no insulation. Anyone with any kind of sense knows it's in the ceiling and walls. Any one with code enforcement I quote National real estate rep said the house has no insulation.
