I'm a small cleaning company in ******* Florida, I was hired to clean one property for this company, by one of their realtors (*********). The job was requested on 10/12/2024, the job was complete the same day. Today is 10/23/2024, and I have nothing but promises that the payment will be paid, but no actual effort has been put forth to get this taken care of. Hello, I do apologize for any inconvenience. We were working with you as a vendor on a new payment system and it was taking longer than anticipated. Payment to you has been completed. A transfer was made to you yesterday 10/23 for the full amount due. We appreciate your patience. Usually our accounts payable team submits payments to vendors within 2 weeks. I understand this was a different circumstance with a new payment system but I am glad we were able to stay within that time frame.
They are dishonest and do not maintain their properties. I live next door to one that is so over grown that things are living in there. They say that they are dispatching a work crew that never arrives. When you call them, they can't tell you when they are coming. Avoid these people at all costs. They are only going to take your money.
I would not purchase a new home from this company again! We purchased our home in March 2022 knowing we had a year warranty with the company. Since the day we purchased the home we had several issues with the home. Garage door not working, cabinets falling apart, electric not staying on, bugs and water coming in through sliding door, etc… They did a fix a few items but left the major problems to us to fix for instance the electrical issue. Absolutely the worse company to rent from please for the love of God if you are looking into one of their homes run as fast as you can. They don't care at ALL about their tenants. One your in your no one. I went 3 months with no AC and was told oops our bad. Now my kitchen sink is broke for the 4th time we have had no water since Monday 12/24 and here it is Thursday and guess what?!?!? Up still got a busted pipe in my kitchen. I'm on a fixed income so I'm on a Section 8 Voucher Program. First of all in moving into this house they had a two-week delay and didn't make the transition smooth so I had to spend extra money and a hotel and transportation back and forth for my children School because they weren't on point and couldn't pass inspection I paid almost $1,000 displaced didn't compensate me or try to help me out with my situation whatsoever .... Me and my significant other moved in to a 3Bd house on 7/2016. We started moving into the house and had issues with a number of things, the first and most important one is the house was not equipped with a fire extinguisher nor did it have a smoke detector in every room of the house.
