Andrew Marble is in the property manager of the HOA and we are selling our home now. He is charging us $300 more then anyone else that sold their home in the past 18 months. He will not call back or answer multiple emails from us or our Realtor or Escrow company. He lies, and acts like he is superior to us the homeowners who PAY HIS SALARY. When I called him out on lie he said he never said what he said. This is not a business anyone should use to take care of their property.

I worked for Mr. Andrew*******; what a *****************. Homeowners beware, he will lie to you, to make sure he doesn't have to spend out of the HOA's pocket for your repairs. We were trained that way. Actually, I take that back, there was no training protocol. Just so you know, wherever they tell you those HOA dues are going, don't believe it.
