Professional, friendly staff. They make sure the properties are well taken care of and are always a pleasure to work with. Ali is so sweet, she just might melt! I recommend them if you are looking for a professional manager of your property or are looking for that perfect property to lease.
I have always had a great experience with NPM whenever my tenants have issues that need to be taken care of or if I have questions that I need answered. Brette has always been quick to respond, courteous, and professional. What I appreciate even more about NPM is how much I DON'T hear from them though! I fully trust them to handle every aspect of my rental property without having to worry if they are doing a good job. �
I have been at 10235 Robinson for over a year and I loved it ... my neighbors are kind, quiet and so sweet. The property is clean and well manicured and the pool OMG it was so nice. It was nice that when I did need maintenance they took care of it in a quick and timely manner... when the furnace went out (on the coldest day of course) and it took 3 days to fix I received a nice little discount on my rent.
