Brette and Leslie were difficult to deal with when attempting to get repairs made to a rental property. The homeowner refused any repairs and Brette and Leslie basically informed us they work for the owners so they couldn't do anything.
I worked with Key Partners Property Management Company for three years. Brette and Leslie were always quick to respond to my questions and/or needs quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated how flexible and timely they were in making things happen. So, thank you for an experience that far exceeded my expectations.
Do NOT rent from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!! They even try to only have positive reviews. See below in comments!!! This is the most difficult company to try to deal with from the beginning until today. NEVER have I been able to speak to anyone!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!! We were charged an additional fee to rent within a two week window and paid such, at that point nothing different is done, they just give you the lock box code to move in.
