The inspection was thorough, efficient and included knowledgeable suggestions for mitigating current and potential problems/issues with the property.
When we were considering a house to buy Steven was able to come out within that weekend to inspect it for us. He was really knowledgeable and thorough- helping us understand where something was a major problem verses a minor issue that could be fixed later on. Ultimately, we passed in the first house he inspected for us because the repairs were going be be way too costly, and later found another house that had more minor issues that we felt we could live with for now and save up to fix.
