National Property Inspections - Adam and Sean - are amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable about building codes, home building requirements, etc. and are very detailed in their evaluation and reporting. They provide great counsel on repair considerations and are very responsive. Pricing is fair to competitors and I'd highly recommend their services.
Adam conducted a very thorough inspection and delivered a comprehensive report with the highest level of detail.
Excellent experience from booking the appointment to the completed report, Sean Green and NPI were professional, knowledgeable and provide a comprehensive report with pictures and video. Sean did such a great job on our first inspection a few years ago, we called him back for our next home purchase. He takes the time to walk the house with you and explain everything he finds in detail which is incredibly helpful when going back to the seller for fixes.
