I highly recommend Sean for anyone needing a new construction home inspection. Our inspector Sean was incredibly thorough and professional throughout the entire process. A major standout was his willingness to use a drone at our request, capturing high-resolution photos of the roof and exterior areas from several different angles. His expertise gave us peace of mind before closing, and the final report was exceptionally clear and detailed.

They are incredibly knowledgeable about building codes, home building requirements, etc. and are very detailed in their evaluation and reporting. They provide great counsel on repair considerations and are very responsive. Pricing is fair to competitors and I'd highly recommend their services.
