Well I’m glad it wasn’t just me. Worst customer service. Walked upstairs to look at pool tile. I already knew what I wanted, just had to locate it in the show room. The associate sat at her desk on the computer and not once looked away to greet me. I know she knew I was there because of how hard I was breathing from the trek upstairs. The struggle is real.
