La señora que contesta el teléfono demasiado grosera. Me trató super mal. Yo llame a pedir información. Fue imposible. Tuve que trancar. Lo peor es que unos minutos mas tarde ella me llamó para decirme unas malas palabras. Que falta de respeto. Que horror.
El trato de las señoras que estan hay es muy hostil, simplemente fue a buscar información y la mala disposición para atenderme fue ofensiva, no crítico el servicio medico porque no pase mas alla de la recepción, pero la atención al público es muy pobre.
Me sentí muy agradecido por la atención del Dr Gary Goykhman y su equipo, me explicó con exactitud todo y los diferentes métodos, transparencia y claridad, lo recomiendo ampliamente
