1-Medication errors with my elderly mom and when I questioned it with a nurse she first said “well it’s the patient’s responsibility” and then told me to “go look in her (my moms) personal bag for the meds!”. That same nurse (whom I’ll report to Joint Commission) also said “well I don’t give night meds so I don’t even know what your mom takes”! Hospital was dirty. The AC wasn't working in the hospital. My grandmother was dieing and was on hospice. The staff didn't communicate. They were wanting to get her vitals in the middle of the night and even after she passed away. Typically vitals aren't taken when one is on hospice. Before my grandmother passed she was denied the right to use a bedpan. I wouldn't put anyone I cared about in this hospital.
ONE OF MANY TERRIBLE HOSPITALS IN ARKANSAS! NPMC you have them beat!!!!! Your nurses are terrible! Most are under the influence of something! your doctors, your X-ray techs even your janitor are HORRIBLE! Your hospital is NASTY too. CLEAN IT!!!!! Me and my family will NEVER be back. SHAME ON YOUR HOSPITAL AND STAFF!

I never have done this but I've never seen such a filthy hospital emergency room in my life! I sat my one year old daughter down for a second to turn and realize she had a dirty used face mask in her possession. There was nasty bathroom tissue paper all over the place in the restrooms when I went to change her dirty diaper the receptionist n rn on duty was more worried about me n my kids being there than noticing the used facemask that was on the floor then after we walked out I watched the rn picking facemask up off the flo... read more
The most disorganized, non communicating hospital I have ever seen in my life !!
national park takes too long to attend people IN THE E.R even if no one is there.
Poor care. Will not recommend to anyone, esp the elderly.
A CNA set my mother up on the side of her bed and she fell. Was perfectly fine until that incident. Then PT was hateful with her and the attending physician in the ER was hateful to my brother as well. I’d rather bleed to death if I was in the parking lot than be inside that hospital. Rude staff..
