STAY AWAY! The Physician assistant - Christine Lavoie that did my Botox injections for migraines was not experience enough to give this injection. I have been getting Botox for migraines in NY from a Neurologist for the last 15 years and this NEVER happened to me. Because of her lack of experience in this field, , she gave me FULL Ptosis of my right eye. This practice is very mismanaged. My husband has had two epidural sessions for a total of 6 epidurals. They determined he needed a third session and scheduled the appointment but we had to cancel due to his hospitalization for an unrelated condition. We have been calling for 10 days, have left 10 messages and no one has answered any of our calls or returned our messages. Totally frustrating, ridiculous and rude. I gave it one star because it would not allow me to submit this review with no stars.
