I love Nat'l Op. I've never had problems w them. I've been going to them since middle school when I got my first pair of contacts, & they got good glasses deals!
They advised me to "walk into Sam's Club and raise hell until they exchange them." Um... no! It's not their mistake. *Beware of this place.*
They never even apologized and wouldn't let me switch out my contacts that I order from Sam's Club, because I didn't order my contacts from them.
This place clearly has no idea what they're doing. They wrote me the wrong prescription for my right eye. Biggest mess ever.
