After trying to find a part for hours, walking up and down the street, dirty office to dirty office....I found a Diamond in the "grease" so to speak!! National MVP Auto Parts found my part and I was on my way home in less then 30 minutes!!! I don't care what any of these other reviews say!! this girl knows more then any MAN in this industry. Not bad on the eyes either ;)
they suck!! the dont have a clue on how to answers phones and check inventory. telling us they have parts with a good price but never getting back to us. calling these guys is like try to call a radio station to win something!! very un professional . if zero stars was available i would give it. The lady Stacy is truly a liar!! I wasted 3 days dealing with these clowns over a dam rad support.. ended getting it from LKQ but now gotta wait a week till arrives.. will never do business with them again!!!
they are great folks at mvp with fair prices
the folks at national are great people , they could not do enough to help me out, finding parts for my older cars. they treated me like family. i would use them for anyother car parts in the future
Their hours of operation are not correct. These people make their on business hours as they go! Very unreliable. I give 1 star because I can not possibly leave it at 0 stars! Horrible service and the lady who "owns" the place Stacy is a liar!
