Got my car towed to National Muffler. I’ve went to them numerous times before and they did a excellent job. 2 days AFTER my car was dropped off nobody called me to notify me what the issue was with my car so I gave them a call. A guy answers and says “I thought someone called you”. If someone did I wouldn’t be calling . Anyways I Was told I needed a new transmission which would cost $3,500 but to wait until Monday to see if they could find a used one for cheaper. I said ok. Went in without an appointment and my muffler was fixed in under an hour for nearly half what I expected. No lines about needing to replace all kinds of extra stuff or ordering any parts. The tech brought me into the garage to show me exactly what was wrong and then again to see the repairs. The staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
This place has so much potential. Your techs rejecting business will only hurt your reputation. I was just there and asked about adjusting tire pressure on my vehicle. Your tech responded “not now”. I was beyond disappointed. I would have paid if your tech might have believed it was a free service I was inquiring about. I like to patronize businesses in the area I live vs corporations. A simple “park your car and give us about 30 minutes as we are busy...” would have given you a way better ratting.
This is a great place to get your car fixed. They don't rip you off, the guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks guys for fixing my rotors, brakes, brake line, muffler and putting in the new starter. You guys are great!!
