The workers at the Seaside Cafe are very nice. As well as all the nurses and doctors who help each patient especially our grandpa.

Business response:

Thank you Jasmynne for your positive review. Happy health to you and your grandpa.

Martha at the information desk is awesome, from being persistent on finding out the status of my husband's surgery to getting me a warm blanket while waiting in the cold main lobby! Then all of the nurses and PCA's on 4th floor surgical were terrific! Jean M and Tanisha were excellent!! PT folks great too. Only complaint is that i, as the wife of the patient, was ignored that first night. He got yo a room very late-11:30 pm, but they knew I was staying with him. They never offered me a recliner (Jean our day nurse brought it... read more

Ten years ago I came down with Bacterial Pneumonia, an empyema and sepsis. Had it not been for the best thoracic surgeon in the world I wouldn't be posting this. I was in ICU for seven weeks and then rehab for another week and a half. Several of the ICU nurses came and visited me in rehab while I was working out in the gym.. because they cared. As always, I was graced by some less than desirable nurses during my stay but they couldn't compare to the others who were INCREDIBLE. TY, LBMMC!

I went in there of the night before 10 p.m. to have my 6yr old son's stitches removed it was overly crowded. There was at least 50 people ahead of me I decided to go the next day around 9 a.m. considering removal of stitches is not an emergency it just needs to be done. I was in and out with in an hour. The doctor who saw my son was really nice and calmed my son down so that he wouldn't panic. He removed his stitches without a hassle. My visit was pleasant.

Business response:

Maria, thank you for choosing Long Beach Memorial’s Emergency Department and for trusting us with your son’s care.

Business response:

From the time my mom went through the doors of ER, the staff was very quick and efficient. They determined she was having a stroke and worked very fast to make sure she was taken care of in a nick of time. She was admitted into ICU, and the nurses she had were amazing! From Ginny, to Teresa and Jesse... they made sure my mom got all the best care. Glad to say we are no longer in ICU and have been moved to the 4th floor. Our new nurse Jackie has also been amazing. Thank you Memorial for having such great staff of friendly and... read more
