Andrew my trainer was very knowledgeable, and concerned. Listened to me and understood my challenges and is so very nice. Can't wait to go back.

I have been here with a friend waiting for 4 hours in the waiting room. He is experiencing bleeding that might be internal, but has yet to see anyone other than the triage nurse. I have watched 4 families leave because of wait times. They really looked sick, but must have felt they would take their chances elsewhere. I can understand that, as my friend is also ready to leave himself. There have been no more than 10 families waiting at one time. Most of those taken in were children and infants. I guess they get preferential t... read more

Don't go here if you have a true emergency. They'll just waste your money and ship you off via ambulance (another huge waste of money since I should have driven myself) to a better hospital. The doctor made a bunch of phone calls on my behalf to find a doctor to 'take my case' and all that happened was I got shipped over to Chicago and had to go back through the ER again and get the correct IV antibiotics because the doctor at rush screwed up. I was under the impression I was getting sent via ambulance to go into immediate s... read more
