If I could give 0 stars I would. Julius Terrell committed legal malpractice. He listed his practice as a personal injury lawyer in the Federal EAP program. He was referred as a personal injury lawyer from the EAP program. He is actually an estate planning attorney! I hired him to represent me for a traumatic brian injury/concussion I sustained on the Washington DC Metro system train.
