Matt was a total professional. He kept me informed through the process. He priced the property perfectly to sell. His listing was top notch. Had us under contract in weeks where I thought it would be months. He went out of his way to help the buyers get their requirements completed for me the seller. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to sell or buy land in Georgia. 10/10

Cameron Smith was an exceptional person to deal with on the selling of our land! He was very professional and did everything in a timely manner!
