My client came in for a cpap for a trip after hers broker directly before. We needed a prescription for it and called NJ. The assistant for Dr Fenton was rude, refused to transfer me to a supervisor and wouldn't give out her name. Unbelievably poor service in a time where it takes less time to solve a problem than the 30 seconds it would take to actually send the prescription over. Glad I am not a patient here. I don't believe our mutual patient will be for much longer either after this fiasco.
What a total cluster. We were checked in promptly and taken to the back where we waited for almost an hour for Dr Maulitz. He came in and started talking as if he was distracted. Scribbled some notes on a paper, told my husband to get blood work and his office would call to set up a sleep study. The next day my husband went and did his blood work. I came here to see my pulmonary Dr. I was seen within 6 minutes of my appointment. The staff was friendly but I was unable to make my next apppt. I have to call back in NOVEMBER. I would think that they would want to get the schedule filled asap
