This place is ridiculous and they are literally leaving me to suffer . How can you give me a systemic sclerosis panel with two positives and one positive being a clear indicator of scleroderma and have me sitting in your office telling you that I have several symptoms of the disease but because I don’t have sores on the tips of my fingertips you’re not going to diagnose me or help me in anyway? It is beyond disgusting and honestly it’s medical negligence and now I have to fight to see a scleroderma specialist because this pl... read more

I should have checked the reviews. Terrible clinic! I have spent hours on phone calls between the doctor office, NJH pharmacy and a specialty pharmacy all for it to be a problem the office should have resolved. I was blamed for my situation when it has been very clear there is no communication between people in the office or with their own pharmacy. Have to echo the Lindsey comment, she had not read my charts or even knew why I was there. Oh and by the way, the complaint email listed on their Patient Advocate page bounces ba... read more

Good luck even getting an appointment here. I was referred here 45 days ago. They sent a letter saying the referral wasn't specific enough. Then when my primary contacted them back, twice, they still haven't got this referral situation dealt with. Very poorly managed practice, stay far away from this place.

I have been told to my face once “it’s not like you have lung cancer.” Turned out, I had lung cancer. I share that horrible experience with you because compared to Lyndsey, that provider wasn’t nearly as bad(and having your complaints of recurring pneumonia shrugged off when it was a life threatening disease is pretty darn bad). Lyndsey wins the prize for the worst yet despite all of that. Lyndsey diagnosed me... read more

Looks like I am not alone. My review also has to do with Lindsay Rhoetker. Overall, my entire experience at this rheumatology clinic has been awful. They have done absolutely nothing for me the entire time. I have been going there other than harp on me to go get my blood work done or explain to me why I can’t get something done. After dealing with swelling and minor pain in my knee for a year, I finally asked to have a steroid shot. Went to have a soft tissue ultrasound of my knee, which showed no arthritis, No damage, No in... read more
