I wish I could give them zeroes. Worst company ever; they hire the most unprofessional people to work on behalf of insurance companies, and they just do not do their jobs well. How my insurance company used these people for anything is beyond me.
If I could leave negative stars I would. This guy (Nick, Minnesota) showed up and wasted my entire day. He was late to start off with. This guy showed up and asked if I got a Radon inspection. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have gotten a test and that Iowa has the highest concentration of Radon in the country. That is a super neat fact but this property was in Northern MN more than 7 hour drive from Iowa. He asked why there was no vapor barrier in the crawl space. Did a self-survey at request of my home Insurance carrier. Now I am being asked by my agent for same information. Seems my information, including photos from multiple angles, didn't make it to my Insurance company.
USAA hired these jokers to inspect my home. Like others. I am extremely displeased. A guy showed up, took a bunch of photos and was gone inside 10 minutes. Then he filed a totally inaccurate report- didn't even get the number of bedrooms right. Appox 2 dozen other mistakes. Now USAA will not remove his fradulent report from my folder until National sends out a new inspector. After reading these reviews, I don't expect the new one to be much better.
