USAA hired these jokers to inspect my home. Like others. I am extremely displeased. A guy showed up, took a bunch of photos and was gone inside 10 minutes. Then he filed a totally inaccurate report- didn't even get the number of bedrooms right. Appox 2 dozen other mistakes. Now USAA will not remove his fradulent report from my folder until National sends out a new inspector. After reading these reviews, I don't expect the new one to be much better.
Good company
CAUSED MY INSURANCE POLICY TO BE CANCELLED: They were given the wrong phone number for me, so they never contacted me to schedule a day and time for the inspection. Since I live in a gated community, they also need the gate code to access the property. A couple of weeks later, my insurance broker informed me that my policy was at risk of being canceled if the inspection wasn’t completed within two weeks—despite a holiday during that time. Total joke of a company, our policy was canceled due their sheer incompetence of not contacting us to schedule a needed inspection. No way of getting hold of anybody and no one willing to help. They get one star only because Google doesn't provide a negative option.
I assumed this wasn’t even a real company, but instead a front for robberies until I saw the other reviews. A man in an unmarked vehicle and no uniform walked up to my house and demanded access to the property and was rude and threatening when I asked if my landlord was aware. He did not introduce himself, say why he was here, or have a shred of professionalism. The man was hostile when I asked for some kind of identification and showed me his card for this company.
