Linde or Lindy… horribly rude, wouldn’t identify herself on the phone after I asked three times for her to give the company in the name because she just opened the phone call with asking me personal information when you feel comfortable giving to a stranger After three times to try to ask this lady who she was and why she was calling me asking me for information. This was one of the most troubling experiences I’ve had with any inspection service. The inspector explicitly told my husband she only needed photos of the front of the home. Despite that, she proceeded to enter and photograph the rear yard, pool area, and sides of the property without permission. That is a serious breach of trust and raises immediate concerns about professionalism and adherence to scope. I wish I could give them zeroes. Worst company ever; they hire the most unprofessional people to work on behalf of insurance companies, and they just do not do their jobs well. How my insurance company used these people for anything is beyond me.
If I could leave negative stars I would. This guy (Nick, Minnesota) showed up and wasted my entire day. He was late to start off with. This guy showed up and asked if I got a Radon inspection. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have gotten a test and that Iowa has the highest concentration of Radon in the country. Did a self-survey at request of my home Insurance carrier. Now I am being asked by my agent for same information. Seems my information, including photos from multiple angles, didn't make it to my Insurance company.
