Seeing all the new reviews and agree . This place is an absolute mess!! Stay away between 4-9pm. First they charge the students peanuts compared to working adults who have helped sustain NIFs for 25 years . Instead new management who set it up like a corporate awkward elephant failed miserably. Thank god I have memberships to healthplex, crunch and YMCA in the city because I am done here. Literally there must be 50 people on the machines in area 20x20 and you will have zero access to anything.
Nifs was the first gym I started regularly going too, and this made it sort of special to me. However with this stupid new layout I can't keep coming here. First of all, there are way less machines (they were replaced with cardio machines that nifs already had dozens of) and waiting for someone to get off their phone so I can use it is more frustrating because now there are no alternative machines you can use! Second of all, I don't know who designed this layout but I simply can't do any of my exercises without making eye co... read more
