Highly recommend for anyone needing trauma dv or other treatment services. The therapist with my group has a military background and I almost immediately felt comfortable around her as well as other therapists. I think anyone with complex trauma issues could absolutely benefit from and enjoy these classes. They have an encouraging and safe atmosphere which makes it easier to feel comfortable while working through traumatic experiences. Peers have always been supportive and compassionate..
