I used National Homecare Services for my aunt after she broker her hip. I was so pleased with the staff that would come in to take care of her. They were like family. They were always polite and eager to help in any way. I highly recommend this company.

Being a new employee at NHS, I have been welcomed with open arms by everyone. When you are new, you have to ask a thousand questions. My co workers not only answer my questions but do it in a way that is encouraging and helpful. The deep level of experience that the collective team possesses is very impressive and that want you to learn what they know, so that you will grow and become successful. Get place to work.

This company is unreliable. They will not get you the supplies you need. There has been two separate occasions where I need supplies for my wound care and they dropped the ball both times. There was always an excuse as to why they never had the supplies I needed. DO NOT use this company as your home health agency.

All the people that come out to my house from National Homecare are attentive, well-mannered and nice. They always call before they come. I am unable to get items from the store and sometimes my nurse and therapist will help me by picking up things for me. Even when I am too lazy to do my exercises, they remind me how important the exercises are to my health, so I am encouraged to do them. My only complaint is that sometimes there are problems getting messages to my nurse when I call the office.
