Gerry crutz was assigned to be my physical therapist. My name is Alethea Thomas. I was visiting my family in Brambleton, Virginia. I Slipped on some stairs and fractured my feamer. Upon being released from the rehab, my doctor said that I couldn’t put any weight on my leg. Gerry came out to assess the situation.
