I feel compelled to write this review about National Home Health Services (2880 Zanker Rd, SJ) because of the outstanding care we received. My brother was discharged from the hospital to assisted living after receiving a pace maker, heart valve replacement and many other health concerns, including leg wounds and cognitive issues. Our family was overwhelmed with managing his care and recovery. Home Health Services was a life saver! I would especially like to thank Eric the RN who was assigned to our case.
