Great company, we love our house. The final product is great. Did take a good bit over the yearly contract and went through 6 master builders. Very frustrating building process but at the end National Home Builder made it right and was accommodating to what we requested. Would recommend, just make sure you have time, patience, and the ability to check behind their sub contractors. Recommend having Hannah and James walk you through the process, Josh is great too and wish he would have started with the company earlier.
My Mother-in-Law had a deeply disappointing experience with National Home Builder's and now that I live with her and see the many discrepancies she told me about for myself, I feel the need to warn people about their abhorrent business practices. They told her that her home would be completed in June of 2021. Our Home took nearly 2 years to complete after closing. My wife and I have lived in our home for a little less than a month now. The process took a lot longer than expected. National Home Builders had plenty of excuses and no one actively followed up with us during the process, I had to call them for most updates. Our supposed Master builder changed 3 times while in the building process, which made us feel forgotten at times with the only saving graces on their staff being James and Hannah. Our home turned out amazing!!! The process took longer than expected but definitely worth it.
Great builder just make sure you communicate with them! Our home turned out beautiful just took a bit longer than expected.
