I transported a patient home on hospice by ambulance. Upon arrival, we discovered that the family did not have an oxygen concentrator. They called National HME and, in 15 min, Vaughn arrived at the house with the equipment. He was professional and very knowledgeable. If they hadn’t responded so quickly, we would have been forced to take the patient back to the hospital. National HME really saved the day.
